The cartridge is faulty. I have logged this but am getting nowhere with your staff. They keep asking for a stutus report to spite the fact that I have sent photos of how it is printing. My printer does not print a status report and the more I tell them this the less they listen!

Good day Linda, We require a status report of the toner. This is a requirement to get a credit from our suppliers in order to receive a replacement for your toner. This is a simple process and we’d gladly sort it out for you and have it replaced ASAP. Please forward your status report with the toner inside the machine to sales@zaptor.co.za
