Orders and Shipping
In general, the further that you are away from a main city centre, the longer delivery will take.
Items in stock are usually delivered in 1 – 5 business days.
Items on backorder are usually delivered in 3 – 8 business days.
You can create an account during checkout or by clicking on the “My Account” button on our website.
Simply get in touch with us by email or WhatsApp and we’ll update it for you.
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order has shipped.
Your bank or card details are never stored by us. We only store things like your address, contact details and email address.
Yes, all of our advertised prices include VAT.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Unfortunately we don’t ship outside of South Africa
In most cases, your order will ship at once. On occasion we ship items separately if stock is not available from our main warehouse, however this is an exception to the rule.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy on unopened items. Courier costs will be subtracted from any refunds. Please see our full returns policy for more information.
All of our products are covered by a 1 year warranty for faults.
Used consumable products will be credited for the remaining life.
Simply get in touch with us and we’ll replace the incorrect item.
