Delivery Options Overview

Zaptor Distribution delivers to any location in South Africa. We offer delivery to door, delivery to counter (Pargo) or delivery to locker (Bob Box). You can also choose to collect your order from us in Pinetown.

3. You’ll receive your courier delivery tracking link.

4. Accept delivery with a pin sent to your email & phone.

1: WARRANTY

  • Our products have a minimum warranty period of 6 months from invoice date, however may be longer depending on the product and brand.
  • All warranty periods are in line with the manufacturers warranty period.

2: RETURNS

2.1: DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • Defective products within the warranty period will be repaired at no cost to you. We cover collect and re-delivery fee for 6 months after the invoice date, after 6 months, any courier will be charged at cost price. You can also choose to return the product to the distributor at no cost. We can provide more information on request.
  • For consumable products that may be defective, we will need a status report or a photo showing the fault.

0 – 80%We will credit you for the remaining life of the cartridge against your next purchase or offer a refund for the remaining life.
80 – 100%We will replace the item with a brand-new product or offer you a refund for the remaining life.
  • For warranty claims on machines, should we not be able to complete the repair in-house, we will send it back to the manufacturer for repair.
  • Defects due to user error are not covered under warranty.

2.1.1: Refunds

We offer refunds for the first 6 months of the warranty period, thereafter, we will only be able to pass on a credit towards your next order. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of confirming that the products are faulty by the supplier.

2.1.2: Replacements

We do not charge courier fees for replacing any defective products if your order was originally delivered by us. If you collected your order from us, you will need to bring in the defective product back to us..

2.2: UNWANTED PRODUCTS

This section relates to unopened, unused products that you would like to return for a refund or exchange. We cannot refund opened, non-faulty products that we can not resell. For products that we can resell, a 25% handling fee will be charged to allow us to discount the product as an “Open Box” product. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

2.2.1: Refunds

We offer a refund for orders within 7 days of delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable. A handling fee of 10% will be charged against your refund.

2.2.2: Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different product within 7 days. The original delivery fee is non-refundable. You will be liable to pay for the delivery cost of the replacement product. A 10% handling fee will be applied if we can’t return the product to our supplier.

3: SHIPPING

All returns are addressed to 18 Stride Road, Pinelands, Pinetown, 3610, or directly to the distributor if it’s possible and easier for you.

Any items returned must be securely packed into a single box if possible, of smallest size to prevent any damage to the returned product.

FAQs

How can I track delivery of my order?

We will send you a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. You’ll be able to track your order easily throughout its journey to you. Please feel free to get in touch if you need any assistance.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our courier partners only deliver on normal work days, Monday to Friday.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to any location in South Africa, to get a quote for shipping to your area, simply add the products that you would like to order to your cart and proceed to checkout.

How many days will delivery take?

For orders where all products are in stock – we try and ship your order the same day if payment is received before 12h00.

For orders where stock is on backorder – depending on the supplier, it can take 1-5 business days to get stock in.

Orders are usually fulfilled from our Durban warehouse, courier delivery is usually 1-3 days for main centres/areas and 2-5 days for remote areas.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

You will need to provide a pin or sign for delivery depending on which courier is delivering your order. We have 6 courier partners and each has their own proof of delivery method.
