1: WARRANTY

  • We offer a 1-year warranty on all our printing supplies, guaranteeing that they are free from defects and work in the printers promised.
  • We offer a 6 month warranty on the following machines, as per the manufacturers warranty:
    • Sewing machines
    • Embroidery machines
    • Overlocker machines
    • Electric rotary cutters
  • All other products are covered by a 1 year warranty.

2: RETURNS

To request a return, please email sales@zaptor.co.za so that we can get the process started.

2.1: DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • For consumable products that may be defective, we will need a status report or a photo showing the error message/fault.
Remaining lifeReplacement/Credit or Refund
0 – 80%We will credit you for the remaining life of the cartridge against your next purchase or offer a refund for the remaining life.
80 – 100%We will replace the item with a brand-new product or offer you a full refund for the original product value.
  • For warranty claims on machines, should we not be able to complete the repair in-house, we will send it back to the manufacturer for repair.
  • Defects due to user error are not covered under warranty.

2.1.1: Refunds

We offer refunds for the first 6 months of the warranty period, thereafter, we will only be able to pass on a credit towards your next order. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

2.1.2: Replacements

We offer replacements within the product warranty period. We do not charge courier fees for replacing any defective products if your order was delivered by us. If you collected your order from us, you will need to bring in the defective product to us for the exchange.

2.2: UNWANTED PRODUCTS

This section relates to unopened, unused products that you would like to return for a refund or exchange. We cannot refund opened, non-faulty products. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

2.2.1: Refunds

We offer a refund for orders within 28 days of the delivery for consumable products and 7 days for all other products. Delivery fees are non-refundable. A handling fee of 10% will be charged against your refund.

2.2.2: Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different product within 28 days of the delivery for consumable products and 7 days for all other products. The original delivery fee is non-refundable. You will be liable to pay for the delivery cost of the replacement product. No handling fee will be charged for generic products, for all other products, a 5% handling fee will be charged on the value of the returned products.

3: SHIPPING

All returns are addressed to 18 Stride Road, Pinelands, Pinetown, 3610.

Any items returned must be securely packed into a single box if possible, of smallest size to prevent any damage to the returned product.
