Ricoh compatible - Not satisfied

Hi
I am not satisfied with the compatible cartridge since i am getting black marks on the right side of the page and receiving 3 horizontal lines on every page. I have changed the density settings on the printer and the problem persists.
I can sent a scan copy of the problem.
