Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: We accept EFT, Credit Card, Debit Card and Zapper payments on our website.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Courier Deliveries usually take 1 - 4 days in main centres and 2 - 5 days for outlying areas. Orders are usually sent the same or next day after receiving payment.
Q: How secure is your website?
A: Our website is secured by an SSL certificate so that all of your information between our website and your web browser is securely encrypted. Payments are processed by PayFast, Zapper or OZOW seperately to our website for security. We do not store any of your banking details on our website.
Q: What happens after we receive your payment?
A: Your order will go through for processing, packing and shipment. All of this is usually done the same or next business day. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking details by email.
Q: Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Q: Can I pay C.O.D?
A: No, we don't accept cash on delivery as our couriers do not accept cash on our behalf. You can pay with cash at any ABSA, FNB or Nedbank ATM or branch. We also accept cash, card and Zapper if you are collecting from us in Pinetown.
